Collecting email addresses, names, etc. by crawling any of the PrivateStater product suite's websites, dashboards, etc., including this agreement, may be punishable under relevant laws. # Article 1 - Account You may create an account after reading and agreeing to these terms. An account refers to the PrivateStater ID that must be created to use the PrivateStater product suite. # Article 2 - Lawful Use PrivateStater's services must only be used within legal bounds. In case of illegal use, we may take measures to prevent the user from using PrivateStater services in accordance with Article 4. For additional information, please refer to Article 3 of the Privacy Policy. # Article 3 - Rights of Others If information disclosed or shared by a user infringes upon another person's copyright or rights, such as through defamation, PrivateStater may arbitrarily delete the disclosed information based on the 'Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, etc.' and the 'Copyright Act'. # Article 4 - Restrictions on Use - If a user causes legal issues or violates the Terms of Service, PrivateStater may block the user's access to the service. - If a user forges another person's information or their own, their access to the service may be blocked. - If it is determined that a user is harming the service by using tools such as macros, their access to the service may be blocked. - If a user bypasses or attempts to bypass security measures, their access to the service may be blocked. # Article 5 - Payment and Refunds Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Purchased items can be refunded if a refund request is made within 7 days.
